NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF THE ALLEN EDWIN HOMES 611 COOLIDGE PLACE THREE RIVERS BROWNFIELD REDEVELOPMENT PLAN

TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS IN THE CITY OF THREE RIVERS AND IN ST. JOSEPH COUNTY:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Three Rivers City Commission, St. Joseph County, Michigan, will hold a public hearing on the 18th day of June 2024 at 6 o’clock p.m., in the Commission Chambers at Three Rivers City Hall, located at 333 W. Michigan Ave. Three Rivers, MI 49093 to consider the adoption of the Allen Edwin Homes 611 Coolidge Place Three Rivers Brownfield Redevelopment Plan (“Brownfield Plan”) pursuant to Act 381, Public Acts of Michigan, 1996, as amended.

At the public hearing, all citizens, taxpayers, property owners, and taxing authorities within St. Joseph County desiring to address the City Commission shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard in regard to the request to adopt the proposed Brownfield Plan. Additionally, this notice has been provided to the Michigan Strategic Fund, the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy, and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority not less than 10-days prior to the Public Hearing.

FURTHER INFORMATION regarding the Brownfield Plan, including maps, plats, and a description of the plan are available for public inspection at the City Clerk’s Office.

ADA Notice:  The City will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon seven (7) day notice to the City of Three Rivers. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the City of Three Rivers at the above address.
