City Suspends Utility Shut-Offs:
Beginning March 16, 2020 through April 5, 2020, the City of Three Rivers is temporarily suspending water disconnections for non-payment in an effort to help facilitate the critical safety measure of hand washing that is essential to mitigating the spread of COVID-19. The City may extend the shut-off suspension time-frame depending on the spread and severity of the virus.
We strongly encourage customers with past due balances to continue to make efforts to pay their account balances as we will continue to bill future water cycles as normal. If you have any questions regarding your utility account, please contact the Finance Office at 269-273-1075, ext. 110.
