Notice of Public Hearings:
Two or three public hearings will be held at the regular Planning Commission meeting on September 23, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Three Rivers City Hall, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan.
The purpose is to hear comments regarding a site plan review for Culver’s Restaurant located at the Northeast corner of 800 S. US 131 (i.e., sublot of Parcel# 75-051-530-019-00), a rezone request for 803 W. Michigan Ave (Parcel# 75-051-365- 104-00) from B-2 to R-2, and an ordinance amendment pertaining to commercial vehicles and residential parking.
Any interested person may attend and participate or submit written comments to the City Clerk at the address listed or by calling 269-273-1632.
