BID NOTICE:
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Three Rivers at the Office of the City Clerk, 333 W. Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 25, 2019 for the WWTP Final Clarifier Rehabilitation Project.
Bid information may be acquired from Jones and Henry Engineers, LTD., 4791 Campus Drive, Kalamazoo, MI 49008. Technical questions can be emailed to Project Manager: Aaron Davenport.
Sealed bids should be sent to: Three Rivers City Clerk, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, MI 49093 and should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “WWTP Final Clarifier Rehabilitation Project.”
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities or defects in a bid, or accept a bid it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. The City does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability in employment or the provision of services. The City has a local preference guideline.
