CITY OF THREE RIVERS –
Notice of Public Hearings:
Two (2) public hearings will be held at the regular Planning Commission Meeting on December 17, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Three Rivers City Hall, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan.
The purpose is to hear comments regarding: 1) a proposed ordinance that would permit parolee group housing by special exception use permit and by revocable license to owners/operators of parolee group homes in the B-2 General Business District, and 2) a proposed opt out ordinance that would prohibit marihuana establishments within the boundaries of the city.
Any interested person may attend and participate or submit written comments to the City Clerk at the address listed.
ADA Notice: The City will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon seven (7) day notice to the City of Three Rivers.
