Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on May 11, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, 333 W. Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear comments concerning an application for a variance request(s) on fence requirements at 1300 5th Street and 1026 N. Main Street.
Notice is hereby given that the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Three Rivers will conduct a public hearing on the proposed 2015 budget of said Downtown Development Authority at City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 333 West Michigan Avenue, on May 6th, 2016 at 8 a.m. and that a copy of said budget is available for inspection at City Hall.
Notice is hereby given that on May 9th and May 24th, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., the City Commission will hold special meetings to hear public comment regarding the Proposed FY 2016 Budget. On June 7, 2016 at 6 p.m., the City Commission will hold a public hearing at 333 W. Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan for comments regarding the Proposed FY 2017 Budget and 2016 millage rates.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Planning Commission Meeting on April 25, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. at Three Rivers City Hall, 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan. The purpose is to review a site plan and hear comments regarding a retail of sales auto parts store, parcel number 051-399-066-03 (211 S. US 131 Hwy).
Any interested person may attend and participate or submit written comments to the City Clerk at the address listed.
