The Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing at its regular meeting on March 7, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at 333 W. Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan.
The City Commission will hold a public hearing at its March 15, 2016, regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at 333 W. Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan.
The purpose of the hearings is to consider a rezone for PIN#051-499-012-00 (1001 Wood Street), PIN #051-499-010-00 (1015 Wood Street), PIN #051-455-022-00 (326 Tenth Ave.), and to amend the current B-3 zone to include light industrial as a special exception use.
Any interested person may attend and participate or submit written comments to the City Clerk at the address listed.
