The following are additions to the specifications for bidding purposes:
- Due to recent inquiries, a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 10 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to give plan holders a chance to visit each of the three sites that tested positive for asbestos (304 Jackson St, 318 E Michigan Ave, and 512 W Michigan Ave). We will meet at 304 Jackson St at 10 a.m. to start the site visits. Plan holders will have 30 minutes at each site to do any additional inspections. The meeting will last approximately two hours (30 minutes for each of the three site visits and travel between sites).
- Plan holders must fax their contact information to the City Department of Public Services (269-273-1042) in case further contact is necessary for additional addenda.

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Three Rivers at the Office of the City Clerk, 333 W. Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, Michigan until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday November 5, 2015 for the demolition of four properties in the City of Three Rivers, Michigan.
