While there are often unforeseen circumstances, the Department of Public Services generally attempts to stay with the following hydrant flushing schedule:
- 1st district on the 1st Monday night/Tuesday morning of the month;
- 2nd district on the 2nd Monday night/Tuesday morning of the month;
- 3rd district on the 3rd Monday night/Tuesday morning of the month; and
- 4th district on the 4th Monday night/Tuesday morning of the month.
