Shall Section 12.7 of the City Charter be amended to change the required number of signatures on a nominating petition to not less than thirty (30) nor more than fifty (50) registered electors of the City-at-large?
Three Rivers Health Authority Proposal – City of Three Rivers; Townships of Constantine, Fabius, Lockport, and Park
Shall the Three Rivers Health Authority be authorized to sell, lease and/or transfer all of the assets of Three Rivers Health Authority to Three Rivers Health System, Inc., a Michigan nonprofit corporation, pursuant to the terms of a proposed Transfer Agreement and Act 47 of the Public Acts of Michigan, 1945?
