On Tuesday around 11:00 a.m. the City of Three Rivers experienced wide-spread rusty water problems. Upon investigation it was determined that unauthorized and untimely flushing of hydrants had taken place by a private enterprise. This problem will be dealt with as soon as possible and hopefully will not reoccur. If there are any prolonged problems call the DPS office at 273-1845. Thank you for your patience.
